Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 bell pepper
    1 jar pimento
    cheese for top
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper.
    Combine soup and remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
