Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and milk together in a 2-quart microwavable dish.
Cook for eight minutes.
Stir frequently.
Add well beaten eggs; cook 2 minutes longer.
Stir often.
Add butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into one baked pastry pie shell.
Top with meringue and bake until brown.
