Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. torn bread pieces
    4 c. hot milk
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Soak bread in hot milk. Mash well. Separately beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add bread and milk to egg mixture. Add vanilla and butter. Bake in a greased pan or dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Add raisins on top. Serve with whipped cream or Dream Whip.
