Cheese Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix in order given and pour in large 10-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake until custard is firm.
