Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 unbaked pie shell (large)
Preparation

Beat eggs good, then add sugar and the rest of the ingredients.
Beat well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
