Tiaramisu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coffee
2 Tbsp. brandy, Frangelica or any other liquor
1 container Mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 pkg. ladyfingers
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with sugar.
Add liquor and cheese.
Mix well. Fold in beaten whites.
Dip ladyfingers in coffee (do not soak). Line bottom of bowl and sides with ladyfingers.
Top with half of cheese mixture.
Add more ladyfingers and rest of cheese. Dust top with cocoa using sifter.
Chill several hours.
