Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 to 4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the sugar and milk.
    Sift 1/2 of the flour, salt and baking powder together. Add to the egg mixture. Beat the batter with mixer until smooth, adding as much flour as needed. Batter should be thin enough to pour.
    Pour 1/4 cup through funnel into hot oil in a lattice fashion.
    Oil should be about 3/4-inch deep and about 375\u00b0.
    Brown on one side. Turn. Cooking time is about 1 to 2 minutes.
