Stuffed Mushrooms Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 oz. pepperoni, diced
    1/4 c. peppers, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Remove stems.
    Finely chop.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onion, pepperoni, green pepper, garlic and chopped stems.
    Cook until vegetables are tender, but not brown.
    Add cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Stir in chicken broth.
    Spoon into caps.
    Place caps on baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Can also add crab meat or shrimp.
