Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large grated sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo or butter
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. juice from pickled peaches (optional)
Preparation
    Pour milk over grated potatoes as soon as grated.
    Mix sugar, oleo, eggs, juice and spices.
    Add milk and potatoes; cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
