Classic Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can tuna fish, drained (optional)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper; set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, place cooked and drained macaroni, celery, green pepper, onion and flaked tuna fish.
    Add mayonnaise mixture and mix thoroughly. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving (or mix together macaroni and chopped vegetables and refrigerate overnight and just before serving, add mayonnaise mixture and mix well).
