Lemon Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
    Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating until very stiff and glossy.
    Bake in glass pie dish.
    Build up sides to form a hollow space for filling.
    Bake in preheated oven at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven; leave in oven for 1 hour.
    Remove and cool.
