Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3 qt. whole, peeled tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1 large onion, chopped
3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 tsp. parsley flakes (adds color)
1 spring onion (adds color)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder, depending on taste
1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation

Brown ground beef until done.
Drain.
Blend all ingredients in large pot on stove.
Cook on low-medium heat until desired consistency is attained, usually 1 hour.
