Popover Pizzas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. ground meat
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook meat, onion and butter until brown, then drain.
Stir sauce and seasonings into meat mixture.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place Mozzarella on top; set aside.
Combine eggs, milk and oil; add flour and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Pour this batter over meat mixture in the pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
