Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    milk (to moisten)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cut in half and remove potato.
    Add milk, butter, salt and pepper; beat until light and fluffy.
    Pile lightly into shells.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Wrap for freezing if desired.
    Just prior to serving, place under broiler until cheese melts and turns brown.
