Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. honey plus 1/4 c.
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. unbleached white flour
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. carrots, finely grated
    1 c. black walnuts, finely chopped
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix 1 3/4 cup honey, eggs and vegetable oil; then add flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Beat well.
    Add carrots, black walnuts and raisins (optional).
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) cake pans or large, long pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
