Sliced Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Peel, slice and wash sweet potatoes.
    Put in large stainless steel pot with 1/4 stick margarine to keep potatoes from turning dark; add sugar, salt and water.
    Boil until tender on the edges. Add flour, stirring until dissolved.
    Pour into the pie crust.
