Potato Turbate(A Favorite Served At Children'S Schools) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. bouillon
    6 servings instant mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to directions on package.
    Brown meat lightly.
    Add onions and seasonings.
    Cook 5 minutes longer.
    Add flour and mix well with meat mixture.
    Stir and scrape bottom of pan.
    Add bouillon stock to make proper consistency.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Layer meat and potatoes into a baking dish.
    Brush top with melted butter and dust lightly with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown on top, about 25 minutes.
