Easy Coconut Cream Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    3 c. milk
    4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
    Add milk and egg yolks.
    Mix well.
    Microwave at High power for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Stir after 5 minutes, then every 2 minutes until thickened.
    Stir in oleo, extracts and coconut.
    Pour into a baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 5 minutes or until brown.
