Sausage Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk hot sausage
2 large Vidalia onions, chopped
1 box croutons
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 c. Velveeta hot Mexican cheese
Preparation

Saute sausage until done and drain.
Add all other ingredients except croutons.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Top with croutons and brown.
Easy and good! Serve with green vegetable and salad.
