Upside-Down Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. marshmallows
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put marshmallows in a 9-inch square pan. Mix together rhubarb and 3/4 cup sugar and put over the marshmallows. Cream together oleo, sugar and eggs.
Mix together flour and baking powder.
Mix milk and vanilla.
Add alternately the flour mixture and milk mixture to the creamed mixture.
Pour over rhubarb in pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then flip over onto serving plate.
