Uptown Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 roll garlic cheese
    2 eggs
    milk
    seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling salted water.
    Melt butter and cheese together and add to grits.
    Beat eggs.
    Add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Add to other mixture and pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle crumbs over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
    Serve with ham or pork chops.
