Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium green tomatoes
2 to 3 c. flour
3 to 4 eggs
grated Romano cheese to your own taste
garlic powder to your own taste
onion powder to your own taste
Preparation

Wash and dry tomatoes.
Slice 1/4-inch thick.
Add cheese, garlic and onion powder to flour.
Mix well.
Beat eggs.
Dip each tomato slice first in flour, then into the eggs and into the flour again.
Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
Remove to paper towel.
Sprinkle additional cheese on each slice.
