Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large, ripe bananas
Preparation

Cream together the shortening and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift together the flour, soda and salt.
Add pieces of bananas and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Cover top with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
