Hobo Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 large Idaho potatoes, baked and diced
    1/2 lb. ham
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 c. broccoli flowers
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    You will need one small pumpkin.
    Wash and ream out seeds and pulp.
    Sprinkle inside with salt and pepper.
    Fill pumpkin with your favorite meat loaf recipe.
    Place in a shallow pan with water in it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Pumpkin will be soft. Serve in quarters.
