Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 c. vermicelli, broken in pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 cube margarine
    1 can consomme
    1 can water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    parsley, onion, almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Brown vermicelli in oil.
    Brown rice in margarine.
    Add consomme, water and bouillon cube.
    Salt and pepper.
    Put in casserole.
    Cover and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with meat of your choice.
