Cheesy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pare and slice carrots into rounds.
    Boil carrots and onion until tender; drain.
    Put into greased 11 x 14-inch pan.
    Shred Velveeta or cut into small chunks.
    Put cheese and slices of margarine over vegetables.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
