Japanese Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 potatoes
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 cucumber
    1 pkg. crab meat
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes.
    Boil eggs.
    Mix and mash potatoes and eggs.
    Shred cucumber.
    Add cucumber, mayonnaise, sugar and crab meat.
    Mix well.
    Top with cucumber or anything you desire. Serves 4 to 6.
