Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 C sifted flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 C oil
1 1/2 C sugar
2 C grated, peeled zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 C nuts

Preparation

Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon and set aside.
