Potato Casserole(Serves 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together, then mix 1/4 cup butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle this on top of mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
