C. A.'S Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. carrots; chopped fine
    1 c. celery; chopped fine
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. onion; chopped fine
    a c. chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    18 oz. grated american cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in bouillon until tender.
    Warm milk.
    Add cornstarch slowly to hot milk.
    Add vegetables.
    Add american cheese slowly.
    Stir as cheese melts.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
