Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
    garlic salt
    1 small pkg. Doritos, crushed (reserve some to top casserole)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil, bone and skin chicken.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Saute chopped onion in a bit of margarine.
    Add onion, cheese and chips to chicken.
    Mix soups and Ro-Tel.
    Pour over chicken mixture.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle chips on top for last 5 minutes of baking.
