Veal Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed oregano
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. onion (dehydrated)
    2 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese and dash of pepper.
    Dip veal in egg and then in crumb mixture.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Turn and bake 10 minutes longer, or until tender.
