Mom Ever'S Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat butter together with eggs and sugar.
Add milk, vanilla, baking powder and flour.
Spread in 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 (may need longer).
Recipe may be doubled for 9 x 13-inch pan.
Great with strawberries and milk!
