Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree (canned is fine)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix all wet ingredients together. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring until well mixed. Do not overmix. (Add chocolate chips, if desired.)
    Fill foil-lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Makes 24 muffins.
