Baked Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can mixed nuts
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a pan.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add the sugar slowly, beating as you go.
    Add the nuts by folding them in until each nut is coated.
    Spread into buttered pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Turn every 10 minutes.
    If nuts are still bubbly with butter, let them stay a little longer in oven.
