Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow, white cornmeal
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil or shortening
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In another bowl beat together eggs, milk and oil or melted shortening.
    Add flour mixture and stir just until batter is smooth (do not overbeat).
