Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
coarse salt
Preparation

Thaw and soften bread dough.
Divide into 16 equal pieces. Roll into a rope 15 inches long.
Twist each rope into pretzel shape.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Beat egg and water.
Brush pretzels with egg mixture and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
