Jewish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 c. chopped apples, peaches or blueberries
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat together the first 5 ingredients for approximately 10 minutes.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt and nuts.
Combine the apples, 3 teaspoons of sugar and cinnamon.
Alternate batter with fruit mixture in a greased Bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
