Baby Doe'S Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
dash of salt and pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. beer
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add shredded carrot and onion.
Cook until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add Cheez Whiz.
Stir to melt. Blend in beer and heat.
You can garnish the top with chopped bacon bits and parsley.
