Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. green peppers, minced
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
    2 c. stock (chicken)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions (use tops as well as white part) in salad oil until soft, but not browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking pan with cover.
    If no cover is available, use foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Toss lightly with a fork before serving.
    Serves 6.
