Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. low-fat sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 small pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie crust
    low-fat whipped topping
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Mix all ingredients together (except the pie crust).
    Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate until set (3 or 4 hours).
    Top with whipped topping and serve.
