Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 c. grated mild cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. diced green pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer potatoes, onion, green pepper and cheese alternately.
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Blend in flour.
    When mixed, add chicken broth.
    Heat, stirring frequently, until mixture bubbles and thickens.
    Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
