Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag sauerkraut, drained
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices natural Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken in buttered baking pan.
    Put sauerkraut over chicken.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
    When done, sprinkle top with parsley.
