*Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    enough corn flakes or potato chips to cover bottom of baking dish
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. olives
    2 cans tuna
    1 c. crabmeat
    2 cans shrimp or any seafood
    dash of pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise (must be mayonnaise)
    green peppers and pimiento may be added
Preparation
    Line a buttered baking dish with crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
    Reserve some for the top.
    Chop fine the celery, onion and olives.
    Combine with tuna, crabmeat, shrimp, pepper, mayonnaise, green peppers and pimiento.
    Put into crumb-lined casserole.
    Top with reserved crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
