Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, cream margarine, oil, sugars, egg and vanilla.
In separate bowl, combine rest of ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well.
Place walnut size pieces of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork dipped in water.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
