Rollo Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. Rollos
    sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda into small bowl. In large bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour mixture. Blend well. Shape 1 tablespoon dough around Rollo and roll into sugar. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until set or slightly cracked.
