Spanish-Style Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pot roast (beef or veal)
    1 can peas
    1 jar olives
    1 can tomato soup
    1 onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add all other ingredients (including all the liquid from the peas and olives).
    Heat thoroughly; reduce heat and gently simmer 4 to 5 hours.
