Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular sausage meat
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage; drain.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and mix well.
    In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Pour off or blot any excess grease.
    Can be made day before or can be frozen.
    If so, bake only 30 minutes. Cool and freeze.
    Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
    Reheat at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
