Lemon-Cabbage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cabbage leaves
    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water.
    Set aside.
    Cook and stir ground beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is light brown.
    Drain.
