Honey Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease and flour pans.
Beat oleo and brown sugar on high speed.
Add honey.
Beat on low.
Stir in beaten eggs and flour mixture alternately.
Fold in bananas and walnuts.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
Yields 1 loaf.
